These terms explain the use of playyargh.com and purchases from High Tide Studios, LLC ("High Tide," "we," "us"), based in South Carolina. Please read them before ordering. They do not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Using the website

Provide accurate information when placing an order or creating an account, keep account credentials secure, and use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent, abusive, or infringing content. Purchases must be made by an adult who can enter a binding agreement under applicable law. An adult must complete playtesting registration and handle feedback submitted on behalf of participating children.

Products, prices, and orders

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Review your order and address before submitting payment. Payment is handled through the payment services offered at checkout.

We aim to describe products accurately. Images identified as prototypes or illustrations may differ from final production components. If a material change affects an existing preorder, we will explain the change and offer an opportunity to cancel for a full refund before shipment.

If an availability or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected order. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. We may decline or cancel fraudulent orders or orders we cannot fulfill; amounts paid for canceled, unshipped items will be refunded.

Preorders and cancellations

A preorder reserves a product that is not yet ready to ship. The product page identifies preorder items and states the expected shipment timing before purchase.

Current Yargh! preorders are expected to ship in December 2026. Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days after your order is ready to ship. These are estimates, and December shipment does not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The shipment estimate shown when you order applies to your order, subject to any later delay to which you agree.

If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you, explain the revised timing or that it is unknown, and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. We will obtain any consent required by law and cancel and refund when required if that consent is not received. A website update alone does not replace notices required for existing orders.

You may cancel an unshipped preorder for a full refund. Contact orders@hightidestudios.co with your order number. A full cancellation refund includes the amount paid for the canceled merchandise and associated taxes and shipping charges. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within applicable legal deadlines; your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping options and charges are shown before payment. Check the product page for preorder shipment estimates. Contact orders@hightidestudios.co promptly if your address changes, a shipment is missing, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by these terms and applicable law.

Returns and refunds

Contact orders@hightidestudios.co within 30 days of delivery to request a return of an unopened, unused game in its original packaging. We will provide return instructions before you send the item back. For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping. We refund the product price and applicable tax; original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. We will notify you of the return outcome and issue any refund promptly, subject to applicable legal requirements. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us resolve it. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping for our error or a defective product. The unopened-product condition does not apply to these problems, and this policy does not reduce statutory rights.

Our content and your feedback

Website artwork, branding, text, and other protected content belong to High Tide or their respective owners. You may use the site and any expressly provided downloads for their stated personal-use purposes. Other uses require permission unless permitted by law.

If you submit a review or playtest feedback, submit only material you have the right to provide. Reviews submitted for public display may appear with the display name you provide. We may use feedback to improve our products and services. We will obtain separate permission before using private feedback with your identity as a public testimonial.

Third-party services and website availability

Some features are provided by third parties, and external links may take you to services with their own terms and privacy policies. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but interruptions and errors can occur. Nothing in this section removes our obligations for orders, refunds, product defects, or consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future website use and purchases. We will display the revised date. Updates do not retroactively reduce your rights for an existing order without your agreement or a lawful basis.
